Payouts go via direct deposit on a schedule that works for you: weekly, pre-event, post-event, or a hybrid approach. Pre-event payouts are available for qualifying events. We’ll set this up when you onboard.
We evaluate nonprofit pricing on a case-by-case basis. If you’re a registered nonprofit, contact us to discuss your event and we’ll see what we can do.

You control refunds from your dashboard. Issue full or partial refunds at your discretion. Service fees are non-refundable. If an event is canceled, the organizer is responsible for refunding attendees.
